What is the story of Biohazard Ward?

You are a junior doctor assigned to Ward 7 — a forgotten wing of an underfunded hospital. Your colleagues are tired. The patients are terrified. And no one will tell you why the lower level is off-limits.

As days pass, patients begin to disappear from the records. Not discharged. Not transferred. Just... gone. Your mentor warns you to stop asking questions. The night shift nurse slips you a key. And a patient in Room 447 keeps whispering the same phrase:
